ABOUT ME

You don’t have to
figure this out alone.

I’m here to help you make sense of it,
clearly and confidently.
I know what it feels like to search for answers and not get them.

To feel like something isn’t right - but not be able to fully explain it.

To leave appointments feeling more confused than clear.

That experience—both personally and professionally—is what led me to this work.

Including experience navigating complex conditions such as multi-system health challenges.
I help individuals and families make sense of complex health
and life situations so they can move forward with
clarity and confidence.

MY APPROACH

ORGANIZE

I help organize what already exists—symptoms, history, test results, and appointments—into a clear, complete picture.

IDENTIFY

Together, we identify patterns and connections that may be overlooked so nothing important gets missed.

PREPARE

I help you ask better questions and prepare for more effective, productive conversations with your providers.

EMPOWER

My goal is to empower you with understanding and confidence so you can make informed decisions about your care.
MY BACKGROUND
I’m a Board-Certified Patient Advocate and Whole Health Educator with experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex medical, school, and care systems.

I’ve worked closely with people facing multi-system health challenges, helping them organize their information, understand what they’re experiencing, and advocate for themselves more effectively.

MY ROLE

I don’t diagnose, treat, or replace your providers.

My role is to help you:

  • Understand your health information
  • Prepare for more effective conversations
  • Make confident, informed decisions
  • Feel supported every step of the way
You don’t need more random advice.
You need clarity, context, and someone who can
help you connect everything in a way that actually makes sense.
My work is also shaped by lived experience navigating complex health challenges within my own family, which gives me a deeper understanding of how overwhelming and isolating this process can feel.

You don't have to have everything figured out to begin.

You just need a place to start—and someone
who can help you make sense of it.
